Why Pakistan? Why Now?

Pakistan is not just another mission field—it is one of the most spiritually urgent frontiers of modern missions. If we truly believe in the Great Commission, we must go where the Gospel has yet to be preached, where the cost is great, and where eternity is at stake.

A Nation of 241 Million—Only 1.2% Christian

Pakistan is home to over 241 million people, yet only 1.2% identify as Christian in a nation where Islam is the state religion. The vast majority have never heard the Gospel, and entire communities exist without access to a Bible, a church, or even a single believer to share Christ with them.

Persecution: The Cost of Following Jesus

Pakistan ranks among the top five most dangerous places in the world for Christians. Many believers face:
🔥 Social exclusion—Denied jobs, education, and housing because of their faith.
🔥 Violent persecution—Church bombings, false blasphemy accusations, and imprisonment.
🔥 Martyrdom—Some pay the ultimate price simply for professing Jesus.

Yet, the underground church is growing, and there is a deep hunger for truth. But they cannot stand alone—they need equipping, support, and a place where they can be discipled and sent out to reach their own people.

The 10/40 Window: The Least Reached, The Least Resourced

Pakistan sits in the heart of the 10/40 Window—the region between 10 and 40 degrees latitude where 90% of the world’s unreached people live.

Shockingly, only 1 in every 300 missionaries serves in this region. That means for every 300 missionaries worldwide, only one is bringing the Gospel where it is most needed. The harvest is waiting, but where are the laborers?

A Land of Revival Waiting to Be Unlocked

While the challenges are undeniable, the opportunity for transformation is even greater. Pakistan is filled with:

  • Young People Hungry for Truth – Over 60% of Pakistan’s population is under 30. A discipled generation could change the nation.

  • A Church That Refuses to Back Down – Despite persecution, believers gather in secret house churches, longing for training and support.

  • Miracles and Open Doors – Even in the midst of oppression, Jesus is moving through dreams, healings, and supernatural encounters.

This is why we must go.
